Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before you book our classes. By booking in for a class at SVF Coaching you accept these terms and conditions. These terms tell you who we are, what we provide and what to do if there is a problem and other important information.
In the unlikely event of a customer failing to abide by these terms and conditions, a customer may be requested to discontinue with SVF Coaching. In this instance SVF Coaching will be under no obligation to provide a refund for any outstanding classes.
The Parent and/or Carer agrees to keep the content of SVF Coaching and its training programme confidential and not to copy or use any aspect of the sessions directly or indirectly. The Parent and/or Carer agrees not to directly or indirectly manage, operate or assist in the organisation of any business which competes with SVF Coaching while the pupil is a member of SVF Coaching and for a period of one years afterwards.

SVF Coaching team are fully qualified to an FA standard with all relevant qualifications obtained including a full DBS check.

If we have to contact you we will do so by text message (including WhatsApp), telephone or by writing to you at the email address or postal address you provided to us upon booking a class.
Bookings
Classes should be booked through svf-coaching.Class4kids.co.uk
You must provide us with specific personal information in order to book a class with us.
During the booking process, you will be asked to read and agree to our Terms and Conditions, which include our session Rules. Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation email detailing what you have booked, information about the time/location of your class and other information about the sessions.
If your class time/location changes, your local provider will contact you.
Payments
Classes can be paid for on a day by day basis and must be paid in full prior to the pupil attending the class. Any promotional offers such as monthly bulk sessions must be paid in full prior to the first day.
The fee is non-refundable under any circumstances whatsoever however if for any reason if the pupil cannot attend a class and 24 hour notice has been given, a credit will be given for future classes.
If live classes are cancelled for any reason outside the control of SVF Coaching including as a result of an of extreme weather, facility issues or where local or governmental authorities/public guidance advise that live classes should be temporarily suspended for health or other reasons (‘Extreme Reasons’), the fee will be non-refundable however credits shall be given.
If your class fee changes you will be notified via email, telephone or text.
Cancellations
In the unlikely event of last minute lesson changes or a lesson cancellation by us, SVF Coaching will notify you with as much notice as possible. SVF Coaching will not refund any fees but will provide credit for future classes.
If insufficient children are booked into your class, we reserve the right to cancel the class. In this instance we will offer you - credit for future classes.
In the event of cancellation by SVF Coaching prior to the commencement of the Course by the Pupil, SVF Coaching will refund any fees for outstanding classes within 30 days
The Parent understands that sessions (when buying in bulk) are ongoing and to be used consecutively. No credits or refunds will be issued for classes missed without giving notice.
Cancellations by Parents/Carer
Parents/Carers should provide 24 hours notice for any cancellations before a class, fees will be non-refundable but credit for future classes will be provided. Please note this does not apply for holiday camp full week whereby refunds nor credits will be provided.
If cancellations are made on the day, refunds nor credit will be provided.
Parents/Carer Responsibility
The information set out in the booking form is accurate in all respects and the Parent will notify SVFCoaching of any change in such information immediately.
It is the customer’s responsibility to inform the coaches and via the booking form of any condition that could affect their child’s capabilities during sessions. You must agree to inform us of any changes, as soon as you become aware of them. All information provided will be strictly confidential.
Customers are expected to behave in a civilised and respectful manner at all times towards the Coaches, other customers and any members of the public who are on the Premises. In the event that SVF Coaching determines the behaviour of the Pupil and/or the Parent/Carer to be unacceptable, SVF Coaching shall be entitled to exclude the Pupil and the Parent/Carer (or either of them) from Course and Premises permanently or for such period as SVF Coaching shall (in its entire discretion) determine.
The standard of behaviour which is to be regarded as unacceptable at a course or on the premises shall be determined by SVF Coaching.
*Applies only for holiday camps*
Parents/Carers must make sure their child is sent to sessions an appropriate healthy lunch with snacks and fluids. Water bottles may be refilled onsite. If a coach deems a child requires more food, due to the lack of/no food provided by the parent/cater, this will be provided by the facility. Parents are required to pay the facility directly for the food provided when collecting their child.
When attending the course, neither the pupil nor the Parent/Carer will be suffering from any contagious illness, disease, injury.
COVID 19
If any pupil in the session becomes unwell with a new and persistent cough or a high temperature, or has a loss of or change in, their normal sense of taste or smell (anosmia), they will be sent home and advised to follow guidance for households with possible or confirmed coronavirus (COVID-19) infection, which sets out that they should self-isolate for at least 10 days and should arrange to have a test to see if they have coronavirus (COVID-19).
Parents/carers must ensure that SVF Coaching has up to date contact information so that you can be alerted and pick your child up from the coaching session quickly. It is essential, should you receive a phone call telling you that your child is unwell with symptoms of high temperature, persistent cough, loss of sense of smell/taste that you are able to immediately collect your child (and any siblings,) from the sessions so that your family can isolate and you can book a test for your child.
SVF Coaching should be informed of the test result as soon as possible.
SVF Coaching should be informed of any underlying health issues that may raise the risk level for a child or their family.
Session Rules
For Health and Safety purposes please supervise your child around the pitch/venue prior to your session start time.
Please help us start and finish sessions on time by arriving promptly for your session. Please let the coaching team know if you have to leave the session early for any reason; this is for emergency evacuation purposes.
Parents/Carers should provide water but no food must be eaten on the pitch to avoid the hazard of choking.
In line with the national Safeguarding & Child Protection policy and best practice, we request that parents/carers DO NOT take photographs or videos at SVF Coaching sessions. Whilst our coaches will do their best to enforce a total ban on the use of photographic/film or video equipment by parents/carers at classes, due to the nature of their work and the concentration required during the delivery of sessions, we are unable to guarantee this, and your cooperation would be appreciated.
Behaviour
At SVF Coaching, we have a zero tolerance on bad behaviour and bullying. We believe in great attitude and demand this from all our players. All coaches treat players with respect and use positive reinforcement as a strategy of behaviour management. In the rare case of bullying or extreme bad behaviour, SVF Coaching may reserve the right to ask parents/Carers to remove their child from SVF Coaching sessions and terminate any current bookings and refuse future bookings with no refunds or credit being provided.
Complaints
In the unlikely event that you or your child are dissatisfied with the service we provide then please in the first instance raise it with the senior coach at the venue activity. He/she will deal will the problem in accordance with our policies and procedures.
If the problem is not resolved to your satisfaction, then please write to our Company Director at info@svfcoaching.co.uk within 7 days of your child’s attendance on the session.
We take your views and complaints very seriously and will endeavour to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible. Refunds will only be issued if SVF Coaching is proven to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
